Breathing new life into older neighbourhoods.

Infill development is breathing new life into Regina’s older neighbourhoods, and DKM is proud to have played a role in successful infill projects. One of our favourite infill housing projects involved a complete new build on piles. After an older house was demolished, we provided structural engineering expertise for the new two-storey home, including foundation walls designed on piles and a mortgage helper basement suite, complete with private entrance.
